All rates include water, sewer and garbage service. All Spaces have 50 amp metered electricity. Local providers offer internet, TV and phone services (Spectrum, Ziply-Fiber, Verizon).

Our Rates, and what they include:



Monthly base rate: $550.00 - $700.00 per space, depending on size and other factors. Electricity is metered and a separate cost.

Call for current and weekly rates. We do not take reservations or over-night (daily rate) guests.

All rates are for one RV, one car, two people and two pets. Any extra parking spaces for vehicles (if available) or people and pets cost additional.

All spaces have hook-ups for electricity, water, sewer, and optional cable TV and internet services. For land-line phone service (or DSL) contact the phone company.

Seniors (62 and over) are eligible for a 5% monthly rate discount, one per space.



Our Location



We are located within the city limits of Coos Bay, Oregon, close to shopping and medical facilities. Ocean beaches are about 5 miles from Kelley's, while the bay is just across the street.

Some activities located here are crabbing, clamming, storm watching, fishing, tide pools, whale watching or sea lions too, lighthouses, botanical gardens, beach combing, riding on the dunes, walking around the lake or on the many other nature trails.

A crabbing pier and a boat launch are just down the street. We are about 30 minutes from Bandon, Coquille and Reedsport. Our area has much beauty and entertainment to offer. Won't you join us?

South Empire Blvd. in Coos Bay is also known as the Cape Arago Highway. To get here from within the City of Coos Bay, follow the Ocean Beaches, Charleston signs. Follow Newmark Ave towards the bay.

When you see the water, we are about six blocks on the left from there.
